Health wise the specialist finally put me onto insulin injections and although at first I was really disappointed and concerned about the weight problems it has turned out better than expected. My blood sugars are finally getting near normal, also my blood pressure and I have managed to keep the weight off that I lost so I am well pleased. Won't say it's been perfect as have had lots of problems with my arthritis and other things but I'm not complaining.
I have made a few cards in lieu of going of on holiday next month so I will be posting them over the next few weeks. Here are the first three so hope you like them as I have kept it simple with just a few embellishments.
